2. Placing and Confirming an Order

Orders for our contextual advertising set-up services may be placed via our website, by email, or by telephone. An order is considered confirmed only once we have issued a written acceptance, typically by email, which will set out the scope of work, applicable fees, and estimated timescales.

We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, for example where we consider the requested campaign to be unsuitable, unlawful, or outside our service capabilities. No contract between you and Kekaji comes into effect until such written confirmation has been sent.

3. Prices, Payment and What Is Included

All prices quoted are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. The final price and included services will be set out clearly in your order confirmation.

4. Cancellation and Complaints

4.1 Cancellation

If you are a consumer contracting with us at a distance (for example, via our website), you may have a right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, within 14 days of the order confirmation, provided work has not already commenced with your express agreement. Where you request that work begin within the cancellation period and it is subsequently cancelled, we may charge a reasonable amount for the work already carried out.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We do not guarantee specific advertising results, click-through rates, or return on investment, as these depend on factors outside our control, including third-party advertising platforms and market conditions.
